1. Picnic at Saltov Area (recreation area on the huge reservoir 60km from Kharkov) $50 + your (or we can buy) wine and meat for kebab. We can arrange yachting - $10/hour

Also we can book you a nice comfortable Sauna at Saltov Area or in Kharkov.

2. Unforgettable trip to the famous Ukrainian cosine Restaurant "Drunken house" - 50km from Kharkov, very tasty Ukrainian food. All our clients have been amazed. - $50 + meals

3. Rest at the Hydro-park area (good idea for a hot weather) Newly built recreation area called "Hydropark" at the North-East of the city at the place where river Kharkiv is wide and makes a kind of lake. There people can enjoy many kinds of water amusements - swim, sunbathe at a nice sand beach, rent a boat, yacht or scooter. There are many small cages and one very nice folk style restaurant which looks like a windmill and called "Melnitsa" (Mill). There is enen a small ferry which takes people to a small peninsula with beaches, cafes and water attractions.

4. Booking tickets to Kharkov Theaters, Organ and Chamber Music Hall (situated in the building of Assumption Cathedral and the organ sounds really great) or Opera House or Puppet Show ($10/booking + tickets)

A. Kharkiv Historical Museum now has two bulidings at 5 Universytetska and 10 Universytetska Str. Open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Day off - Monday.

B. Kharkiv Fine Arts Museum - 11 Radnarkomivska Str. Open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Day off - Tuesday.

C. Museum of Folk Art of Slobozhanshina (Eatern/Nothern Ukraine) - 9 Radnarkomivska Str. It is an afiliate of Kharkiv Fine Arts Museum. Open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Day off - Tuesday.

D. Kharkiv Museum of Nature - 8 Trinklera Str. Open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Day off - Sunday. Funds of the museum contains more than 200 thousand of exhibits. It occupies 32 rooms where animals and fossils from almost every part of the world are presented. The museum is a scientist and educational base of Kharkiv State University and consultative center of local lore organisations of Eastern Ukraine.

E. Museum of History of Militia (police) of Kharkiv Region - 13 Radnarkomivska Str. Open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Day off - Sunday.

F. Museum of History of Pivdenna (Southern) Rail Road - 83 Kotlova Str.

G. Kharkiv Museum of Holocaust - 28 Petrovskogo Str. 2-nd floor. It is the first and sole museum of holocaust in Ukraine.

H. Kharkiv Museum of Literature - 6 Frunze Street.

I. Puppet Museum of Kharkiv State Puppet Theatre.

J. Ethonography Museum "Ukrainian Sloboda". Pysarevka village, Kharkiv region.

K. Historical-archeological preserve "Verhni Saltiv" - Shevchenko Street, Verhni Saltiv village, Kharkiv Region.

L. Repin (great Russian painter) historical-cultural preserve - 24 Kozheduba Str. Chuguyiv, Kharkiv Region. (extra $20 for a car transfer to Chuguiv)

6. 5h Excursion to Poltava (150km from Kharkov) - $150 USD 800 years old city at Vorskla river, the place of a famous battle (1709) when Russian army of Peter I beat Swedish army headed by Carl XII. Here at the heart of Ukraine we"ll visit the place of the great battle and museum devoted to that event. We visit a museum of the great Ukrainian writer M. Kotlyarevsky. His country estate remains the same as in early XIX century.
