Odessa, November 2003 I wanted to Thank you and your staff for a great time in Odessa. The drivers were very good and Odessa agent Olga helped me out the entire time there. By far, your agency has given me the best experience visiting Russia or Ukraine. The excursions were excellent. The guide I had was very informative and interesting. I can't imagine it being any better. My Odessa apartment was very warm and clean. I would say excellent as well. Thank You for a wonderful experience! I am thinking of going back next summer to Odessa and can't imagine using any other agency than UkraineTour to help with the arrangements. Thanks Again! Christopher (USA) Kharkov, December 2003 Thank you for a wonderful trip! Kharkov apartment was perfect and it was the perfect place to invite friends. The only negative point was the position of the apartment in a quiet area. If I visit again I think it would be better on Sumskaya Str. or around Shevchenko Park. Kharkov agent Vlad was very helpful indeed and helped me in suggesting places to visit. Please pass on my thanks to him. I cannot thank you enough for your services. Thank you for all your assistance. Trevor (UK) Sevastopol, January 2004 I must say my trip to Sevastopol was quite the interesting and exciting vacation for me. And let me especially compliment your Sevastopol agent Alex on his superb professionalism. He was both a friend as well as a guide and interpreter. He is a kind, patient, and wise man who has a great knowledge of the area, takes pride in his country, and is always professional. My Sevastopol apartment was nicely located, and with your agents only a telephone call away I never felt uncomfortable or alone in a new environment. I have no hesitation in recommending the use of your agency and the services of your Sevastopol office to others wishing to visit the Crimea. If others in my situation have questions about who to contract with to do their trip, please feel free to use me as a reference anytime. I am looking into paying another visit to Sevastopol in the future, so will definitely be in touch with you. Brent (USA) Kharkov-Kiev, December 2003 I had a wonderful time in Kharkov! Please congratulate your agents for their help and translations skills. Vlad, Helen and Alexander were great. The flexibility of the tour worked out great and the hospitality was superb. I am especially grateful to your Kharkov agent Vlad that he went out of his way to show me the German military cemetery in Kharkov. Izum was absolutely interesting. The tour guide there is very knowledgeable and had wonderful stories about not only of the World War II, but of other things relating to the history of the area. I would highly recommend. The Jewish/Russian and Polish memorial had me almost teary eyed thinking about the events that had happened there. The Kharkov apartment location was ideal though I wish there was more public street lighting. I think unlike many of foreigners coming to Ukraine I was there actually to see the country and it's proud history. I was not wife hunting. Though I met a very nice Ukrainian girl online when researching the Kharkov/Kursk region last May before my war tour of Russia. I finally met her and she gave me much insight to how an ordinary Ukrainian family lives. She even introduced me to her parents and cooked traditional Ukrainian cuisine. I hope to revisit Kharkov in the near future. Maybe more of Kiev and the great battles around Sevestopol, Cherkassy and such. Ukraine is a very fascinating place. I found the people in the Ukraine are in general friendlier than Russia. Still got to work on the smiles a little more but then again it's more of a proletariat thing. Ya lublyoo Kharkiv! Gary (USA)
