We had a very interesting trip to Russia. It was a real eye opener for us, we had no idea what to expect and were surprised to say the least. UkraineTour agents were very good, we would recommend your agency to any of our friends who are thinking of traveling to that part of the world. Moscow agent was very polite and made our trip comfortable and we are sure glad we booked through you, if we had done the trip on our own I am sure it would have been very stressful, just seeing our driver with our name written was a big relieve each time we came back from a flight. The tour guide that was provided to us was very knowledgeable and we found her very friendly and helpful. Our hotels in Moscow, Novgorod and St.Petersburg were fine. The rooms were all clean and spacious. The view from the Rossiya Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was a buffet at the Rossiya and the Moscow Hotel in St.Petersburg - they were both good. The location of the

Moscow Hotel was really good as there is a subway stop practically in the hotel.
The Champagne and Caviar Brunch at the Grand Hotel Europe is the best. It was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Definitely recommend UkraineTour Agency.
